The Science of the Survey

Last week I researched on how to create an effective survey. I did this in order to start creating my survey for my original work. I was not sure that there would be much in creating a survey, however I researched it because it is always necessary to be prepared. What I found was that there is a science to creating surveys and people have researched the best way to do it. Finding actual research on the best ways to create an online survey would have been something I would expect to see on a scamming website, however I found it from Duke University meaning that it is real and credible. Using this information is going to help me with the bulk of my original work. After the survey being made, I need to test it, get it approved by the city, have the city send it out, and analyze the results that I get from the survey, then finally present the results of the survey to the city council and see if they would be willing to implement changes that the people of Frisco want. I have luckily interviewed with and have the phone number of one of our city council members meaning I believe I will have some pull to get this done.
